- Procurement and installation of pendant lights and decorative lamps with LED bulbs in all rooms, according to the project.
- Manufacture and installation of decorative wallpapers and other decorations.
The apartment is move-in ready, furnished, and prepared for use. The buyer only needs to purchase bed linen and kitchenware of their choice.
The apartment is equipped with new appliances and furniture according to the project:
- The buyer is obliged to pay a one-time property transfer tax upon purchase in the amount of 5%.
- Monthly or annual property tax is not payable in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Monthly electricity costs range from €5 in months of non-use to €30 per month during periods of regular use of the apartment.
- Daily maintenance costs for the pool, as well as water costs, are calculated based on the number of days the apartment is used during the summer season from July to September, amounting to approximately €8 per day of use.
- Preparing the pool for the start of the summer season is shared among all owners, costing approximately €60 per apartment, payable once a year.
- Investments in the improvement of the communal garden, external areas of the building, and periodic upgrades and maintenance of pool equipment are carried out by agreement among all owners and shared among all apartment owners.
